UC Combating Antisemitism
The University of California’s Combating Antisemitism website provides an overview of the comprehensive reforms and programs to promote safety and combat all forms of harassment and discrimination, including antisemitism, on our campuses.
University of California President Michael V. Drake, UC Santa Cruz Chancellor Cynthia Larive and the other nine chancellors condemned antisemitism and other forms of hate and affirmed the university’s commitment to promote a safe and welcoming learning, living, and working environment.
“Let us be clear: There is no place for hate, bigotry, or intimidation at the University of California. Period. Antisemitism is antithetical to our values and our campus codes of conduct and is unacceptable under our principles of community. It will not be tolerated.”
Discrimination and harassment on the basis of religion and shared ancestry are prohibited at UC Santa Cruz by the UC Anti-Discrimination Policy. Please report discrimination and/or harassment to the UC Santa Cruz Office of Equity and Equal Protection.
